2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use ck11, you must be at least 21 years old. This service is open only to those aged 21 and above. Providing a false age at registration will result in immediate account closure and deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Registration Requirements

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

ck11 reserves the right to verify the identity of any account holder at any time. Failure to respond to a verification request may delay the withdrawal process or result in the account being temporarily suspended. Large withdrawals will only be processed after successful verification.

You are solely responsible for keeping your ck11 username and password confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at ck11 is ৳300. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).

• You must use a payment method registered in your own name when making a deposit.
• Deposits through third parties are prohibited.
• Each deposit transaction will be credited to the account only after verification.
• In case of any technical issue, contact support with proof of the transaction.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount at ck11 is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. The same method used for deposit must be used for withdrawal.

• Identity verification may need to be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals may be held if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• Using a payment account registered in your own name is mandatory for withdrawals.
• If fraudulent activity is suspected, withdrawals may be held pending investigation.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New registrants at ck11 receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200. A deposit of ৳18,000 or more attracts the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, making the total balance ৳28,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw a bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount. Example: a ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 in bets must be placed before the bonus becomes withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each player may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• After claiming a bonus, wagering requirements must be met within the specified time limit.
• Whether a bonus can be used on specific games or all games will be stated in each offer's details.
• ck11 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.
• Any attempt to earn a bonus through fraudulent means will result in the bonus being cancelled.

All games on ck11 are operated under fair play principles. Game outcomes are determined using a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is fully impartial and verifiable.

6.1 Slot Games

The rules for each slot game are described within the game itself. Games from various world-class providers including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and JILI are available.

6.2 Cricket & Sports Betting

Betting market rules are displayed alongside each event. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for that bet will be refunded. Bets generally cannot be changed once placed.

6.3 Live Casino

Live casino games are played in real time with a real dealer. If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical issue, compensation will be provided for that round in accordance with the relevant policy.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ck11:

• Operating or creating multiple accounts.
• Abusing bonus systems or playing strategically to exploit them.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play.
• Using the platform for money laundering or managing illegal funds.
• Colluding with other players.
• Attempting to hack or exploit system vulnerabilities.
• Operating an account using a false identity.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.

If any of the above activities are detected, the relevant account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited. ck11 reserves the right to take legal action if necessary.

ck11 strives to maintain the highest standards of security and service. However, ck11's liability will be limited in the following circumstances:

• Loss caused by the user's own carelessness or negligence.
• Technical issues with third-party payment provider systems.
• A game stopping mid-session due to an internet connection failure.
• Service disruption due to natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances.
• Data loss resulting from a third-party cyberattack.

ck11 will not be liable under any circumstances for indirect losses, loss of profits, or consequential damages.

ck11 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
• An account that has been inactive for a long period.

Users may also request account closure at any time. Any remaining valid balance at the time of closure will be returned, however bonus balances will be cancelled.
